It is constructed of grey\/green \"Felgrau\" wool with red cap band and red piping along with an interior linen lining. The front of the cap bears a Black, White and Red \u003cem\u003eReichskokarde\u003c\/em\u003e (Imperial Cockade) on the front of the crown, with a Blue, Yellow and Red Cockade on the cap band for the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cap is in very good used condition, with the expected wear and tear from having been through The Great War. There is some moth damage, and slight discoloration, but it still presents very well. The interior lining is in very good shape, with a faded depot stamp or possibly a regimental marking. It looks to say \u003cstrong\u003eR. A. XI.\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSize is approximately US 7 (56cm).
