The paint on the binoculars themselves is retained but may have been touched up. The case shows age and some dryness but overall in very good condition, and the leather side retaining straps are retained, rare to see. The inside of the lid is stamped \u003cstrong\u003eGERMANY\u003c\/strong\u003e, so this was likely an American capture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA nice set with a scarce Ersatz case.
