The set contains numerous original bandages and gauze dressings, several still in period wrappers with German manufacturer markings, together with an empty small glass bottle, a tongue depressor, and other surviving medical supplies. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are contained in a classic, very good condition German WWII issue first aid Verbandkasten (First Aid Kit) wooden case, which measures 13 3\/4\" x 7 1\/2\" x 4. The case features a carry handle on one end, and is finished in a nice ordnance tan paint, with the medic red cross in a white circle on the top under the faded text \u003cstrong\u003eVerbandkasten\u003c\/strong\u003e.
