The case features a carry handle on one end, and is finished in the correct dark green color, and has the medic red cross in a white circle on the top. The case does show some age and use, however it still has the internal contents label, which does show some degradation. The latches are still present and locks securely.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe case is completely full with wartime issue medical supplies some of which have dated wrappers bearing \u003cstrong\u003e1941\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003e1944\u003c\/strong\u003e, and \u003cstrong\u003e1945\u003c\/strong\u003e.
