Original German WWII Pebbled Aluminum Police EM/NCO Belt Buckle by E. Ferd. Wiedmann - Dated 1940

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice WWII German Polizei (Police) NCO's Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß) in pebbled Aluminum. It is embossed with a central Swas, with a wreath around it bearing the motto Gott mit uns (God with us). Nice single piece aluminum construction box buckle with a pebbled background. The buckle is in excellent condition, with all the pebbling present, as well as all of the details in the wreath. The buckle is marked with just a W in a box logo, but the leather pull tab is clearly marked with a manufacture stamp:

The black lack leather of the tab indicates the belt was for for the Ordnungspolizei (Order Police), the Schutzpolizei, (Protection Police), or the Gemeindepolizei (Local Municipal Police), personnel.
Overall a great example of a hard to find WW2 German Belt Buckle, in excellent condition.
