It even has the detachable base, which would be screwed into the fender, and then depressing a small button would allow the entire pole to easily be removed for storage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pennant is double sided and is of multi-piece cotton construction with tight stitching and black attachment straps that are tied with twine to the loops on the pole. Design is the standard red field with a stitched on white circle bearing the NSDAP \u003cem\u003eSwas\u003c\/em\u003e (Hook Cross), which is machine embroidered into the white circle. The flagpole is aluminum with a nickel or chrome plated alloy finial.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pennant shows use and some staining, with a bit of worked in dirt. The stitchwork on the pennant is very impressive and makes for a stunning display. The pennant measures approximately 6 1\/4 inches in hoist and 11 inches in fly.
