AH rapidly established a totalitarian regime known as the Third Reich.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe banner is single sided and of multi-piece construction, with a black \u003cem\u003eswas\u003c\/em\u003e (hook cross) painted \/ printed onto a white canvas circle (one piece) stitched onto the red cotton background. This banner is a simplified design, so there is no white border around the central circle, though there still is a white rayon fringe on the bottom. It measures 37\"L x 30\"W, not counting the 2\" fringe on the bottom. There is a folded over hemmed hanger sleeve at the top, and also securing ties at the corners. We also noted a hand-stitched on loop at the bottom front, now torn through, and it looks like there may have been a strip at the bottom for weight at one point, now removed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe banner is offered in very good service used condition, showing overall age toning, as well as a few small holes near the top and scattered throughout the banner.
