The usual design for these flags and banners has an all black anchor, however this was custom made for the harbor, so the design was made a bit more eye catching.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe top of the banner has three hanger rings on sturdy fabric loops, probably to allow the flag to hang on the inside or outside of the harbor house.
