This is a very nice WWII German Wehrmacht Luftwaffe EM\/NCO's Belt Buckle (\u003cem\u003eKoppelschloß\u003c\/em\u003e). It is embossed with the wartime Luftwaffe straight tail eagle inside a laurel wreath on the front. A very nice injection molded and crimped aluminum construction box buckle with a pebbled background. The buckle is in excellent condition, showing no deformation, and just a bit of wear to the details on the eagle, and some worked in dirt on the pebbling. The buckle still retains the Pre-1941 leather tab, which is manufacturer marked and dated:-\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJUL. This was only seen in the Pre-WWII and early war days, and makes this buckle very desirable.
