It is made of multiple pieces of cotton light canvas stitched together. There are two brass loops tack stitched to the header, and it most likely originally had 5 of these, with the rest torn away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOverall condition is very good, but definitely shows a \"wind worn\" look, especially on the end of the pennant, where some layers of fabric are worn through.
