Even Germany created models like these to aid in identification. “Recognition Models” (also known as “ID” or “spotter” models) were seen as critical to the war effort. Some were detailed for use in educational films or for marking identification.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a great lot of nine Wiking models of German Luftwaffe planes made for recognition training.
