These served the dual purpose of helping to stiffen the packaging, as well as being collectible items. This wonderful example contains\u003cb\u003e EVERY\u003c\/b\u003e photo, yes, none are missing! With the shipping box, this is the most complete example that we have ever offered!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe photos are fully colored and detailed making the finished product, with the complete set of 270 photos, very impressive. Even the flak gun image on the front is raised and embossed. The pages contain large amounts of information regarding the German Armed forces of the early NSDAP period, with color plates showing insignia, pages of text, and the pages filled with the cards and descriptive captions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cover shows wear and minor damage to the very top, possibly from moisture, which extends just a bit into the interior pages, which are all very well preserved. One will encounter these books on the market but this is the only one we've ever seen with all 270 photos, a feat that would have been rare during the war too! The book measures roughly 10½ x 13”, and the box is just a bit larger.
