The leather however is tough and overall quite and the steel mounts, spike and helmet plate still show much of their original grey finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough not a terribly high value item one can only imagine the delight and surprise some farmer had in this recent discovery.
