This is a lovely German wind up toy Wehrmacht Artillery truck from the WWII period, made by O\u0026amp;M Haußer from tinplate steel. They made a whole variety of these well made trucks, and this example has a lovely lithograph camouflage paint job, which is very well retained. The truck measures 11 x 3 ½ x 7 with the cannon extended up all the way, and features 6 wheels, with a large artillery piece on the rear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs with many German toys of the time, it actually is functional, with a small spring to pull back the firing pin to “fire” the gun, and there is an adjustment wheel which in theory adjusts the vertical aim of the gun. There are also bundles of rope to the front and back, rare to see!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2nd row of wheels on the model truck are attached to some type of winding mechanism, wound up using a square rod on the lower left side of the truck.
