First introduced in 1886 with a white alloy hilt and hooked quillon, this bayonet was further developed with new versions in 1893 and 1907, which was a brass hilted version without quillon.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn 1916 this VERY RARE STEEL HILTED version was introduced. Known as the \"Roseallie\" for the cross entry wound this weapon made.
