Original Item: Only One Available. This is just splendid, brass, originally gilt mounts, single bar guard with 32 1/2" gently curved blade still retaining it's original armorial engravings and the gold finish with Maker's initials under one of the longettes: FW KB. Brown leather grip bound in twisted brass wire still in place, though the leather has definitely deteriorated . Polished single fuller blade with great blued highlights. Definitely a great sword.
Comes complete with it's original curved brass scabbard with two brass hanging rings. Scabbard has some denting, but is still quite attractive.
In overall very fine condition from long time storage, ready for display!
