Examination of the barrel shows that it is plugged, but there is a \"firing pin\" in the rear of it, which would usually be used with cap-like \"plugs\" inserted into the front of dummy cartridges. These then feed into the gun and get ejected like real cartridges, though they sometimes weigh quite a bit more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe plug fire gun is in very good display condition and appears to function as intended, however, we cannot guarantee that it does function and is only being sold as a prop display piece. We cannot see any damage, and it looks to have only seen light use , with the expected light wear to the finish. The magazine still looks to be functional, and in this case, there are still FIVE original \"plug\" dummy bullets in the magazine!
