This unit is in very good condition, and comes complete with a power adapter for plugging into the bomber's electrical system. There are two fiber tubes or spacers, and there is a compartment for spare bulbs, though it is currently stuck shut.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sextant timer still winds up and will run, though we do not know if it is accurate. The optics also appear to be somewhat dirty, but could probably be cleaned. The various shades still work, but some appear to be out of alignment. It is marked with various inspection markings, and also marked with the \u003cstrong\u003eCROWN \/ A M\u003c\/strong\u003e mark of the air ministry, next to \u003cstrong\u003eSERIAL No.13117 \/ 43\u003c\/strong\u003e on the rear of the front winder.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCase measures approximately 9 1\/2\" x 10\" x 8 \", and has a data tag with information matching the sextant.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA great chance to own a piece of military history.
