The pistol has all brass mounts, and has some simple engraving on the lock plate. The lock functions, but will fire at half-cock. There is also an old repair to the cock, which was apparently broken off at one point, and re-attached.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese pistols were widely distributed to the Native American populations in both the United States and Canada during the early years of the 1800's. Barrel measures 9\" and is about .65 bore, and comes complete with brass tipped Ram Rod.
