Never as popular as might have been expected and by 1870 quite obsolete.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese two pistols of slightly different style and barrel length come from an old collection that IMA acquired after have been in attic storage for more that 100 years. These we wiped over to get the dirt off revealing quite nice condition albeit with no remaining finish underneath. Each pistol has some internal issue which is ideal for the home gun smith to restore.
