This item just goes to show the anti-German sentiment that existed before December 7th, 1941.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese are scarce items today simply because they were not very well made to begin with. Cast from plaster, with an applied cotton bound batting-filled pin cushion. The figurine is hand painted, with most of the original paint still present.
