Original U.S. WWII 6850th Internal Security Detachment Nuremberg Trial Uniform Grouping

Original Item: Only One Available. This World War Two American Army Class A service coat features Distinctive Unit Insignias (DUIs) of the 6850th Internal Security Detachment worn during the German war crimes trials at Nuremberg. The DIs are German made zinc insignia that are hand painted, by maker "L. Lauer" of Nuremberg, manufactured with screw back attachments. These DIs are difficult to find in the smaller size with pin backs but this larger size DI with screw posts is really rare! Measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in height and 1 1/4 inch wide). Jacket all features multiple medal ribbons, medals a 102nd Infantry Division Patch, and 94th Infantry Division patch. Jacket size is approximately US 36. Also included are original medals with boxes and two original wartime photographs. The soldier is unknown and the jacket is not named. There is a book the History of the 376th Infantry Regiment which was assigned to the 94th Infantry Division. On the inside cover it is named to LYLE GRAY.
