Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This is antique, at least 100 years of age and probably more. It measures 10 1/2" in overall length, and is mounted on a wood base that measures 12" X 7 1/2".
This is a lovely scale replica of a BLOOMFIELD style NELSON era Bronze Cannon, probably intended to be a 12 pounder, but it could represent a larger bore as well. The bore of the Model is 3/4". The bronze barrel is "stepped", with barrel hoops and tapers toward the front (muzzle). The substantial fairly heavy barrel is mounted on a wood Naval Carriage fitted with wooden wheels, and the whole ensemble presents very well.
For the TRAFALGAR fan, ready to display.
