Officially abandoned in early in WWI, once the Soviets took power after the Revolution of 1917, they ordered all items bearing the Czarist Crest to be stuck off and marked either with hammer and sickle or Russian Star markings. IMA had a few ?Star Marked? original examples to copy. Comes ready to install on your Soviet issue Display Gun or Parts Set, it even fits, and is correct, with the later "Tractor Water Cap Model" Maxims. Limited Production.
