Was disgusted when I opened it due to old, dried cosmoline. Changed my view 200 percent when she was all cleaned. I am now the proud owner of a 7/42 dated P-1943 Bayonet. Could not be happier. Don't let the cosmoline fool You, underneath it all is a diamond in the rough...I highly value this fine piece...Thanks

A great piece of history preservered in cosmoline. It cleaned up great with minerial spirits and its in amazing condition the blade is blued nicely and the wood was really nice also. No regrets at all, it fit my rifle perfectly.
