Product Description
New Made Item: A quality reproduction of the French reddish brown all leather combination bandoleer with bayonet frog. Just like the Foreign Legion at the time of "BEAU GESTE", these bandoliers were designed to be used with both the three round and five round clips of both the 1886 LEBEL RIFLES and the later MANNLICHER BERTHER RIFLES. Intended to be worn over the left shoulder, each bandolier has three pockets on the front and two on the rear; each has a bayonet frog complete with buckle for the attachment of the bayonet scabbard at the right hip. In addition, there is a strap at the shoulder to secure a "bed roll" while in the desert. A very nice recreation of a very unusual Foreign Legion item. - Shipping Restrictions
