The ZB light machine gun was used very widely by the German Army and Waffen SS units during WWII as well as by numerous other countries during and after the War. It was very well liked by German troops. It also was part of the design evolution that led to the British Bren gun.
The ZB factory developed a fascinating range of accessories for the gun, many of which are available from IMA. The gun itself makes an interesting and historical display item, but when displayed with its accessories, makes a presentation worthy of a museum.
