Original Item: We just found a few more of these popular helmets in our warehouse! Adopted in 1943 these are "look alike" helmets referred to by the Spaniards as the "Modelo Z" copied the basic German M-42 design. Made in Spain after WWII, on German machines, or so we were told by the Spaniards, these continued to be made until many years after WW2 had finished at which time the Spaniards adopted a U.S. style helmet.
Offered in good condition; every helmet comes complete with a post war canvas liner, a chin strap (original canvas or reproduction leather; our choice), shell will be olive green or grey painted finish. and may show minor dents.
