British Gulf War Fabric Map: Baghdad & Basra

Original Item: Just released from British Stores, these are ORIGINAL fabric (silk/rayon blend) 27"x24" maps produced by the British War Office with dates to 1953. Marked "RESTRICTED", these maps are double sided showing great detail of military interest with sealed selvage to minimize fraying. Used by both COMMANDOS and AIR CREWS for survival, fabric maps could endure the most arduous conditions.

This map was issued to the British S.A.S. in the Gulf War and is featured and ILLUSTRATED bearing General Schwarzkopf's signature in the book "BRAVO TWO ZERO" by Sgt. Andy McNab S.A.S., detailing S.A.S. raids into Iraq.
